United Kingdom
- Dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery by Royal Mail, tracked end to end.
- Standard delivery 2–4 working days.
- Free delivery on all purifiers.
- Filters and cartridges dispatched separately in protective mailers.

Thailand
- Fulfilled from our Bangkok location: 210 Yaowarat Road, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon,
  Bangkok 10100.
- Delivery typically 2–5 working days depending on province.
- Local pickup available free of charge from the Bangkok location.
- Prices shown in Thai Baht (THB). No currency conversion at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP
Select "Pick up" at checkout. We email you when your order is ready to collect, usually
within 24 hours. Bring your confirmation email. Pickup locations:

Every delivery is tracked. Follow your order live in your York portal at
app.yorkwaterpurifier.com — created automatically when you order, no signup required.

INSTALLATION
Installation is free on all purifiers and is booked separately once your order arrives.
Book through your portal or by calling the numbers above. A YORK-certified engineer
installs under your sink with a dedicated tap on a cold water connection.

RISK AND TITLE
Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect on arrival and report damage
within 48 hours.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders within the UK and within Thailand incur no import duties. Orders shipped between
territories may attract duties payable by the recipient.
