Installation, service and your app.

After purchasing, book installation through our call centre or website. A YORK-certified engineer visits on the confirmed date within the scheduled slot. If the engineer cannot arrive in the timeframe, we'll contact you to reschedule around your availability. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice — short notice may incur additional charges per the contract. Once installation is completed and signed off by the customer, it is considered fully complete. Installation photos capture the installation area only (e.g. under the sink); no photographs of individuals, pets or household members are taken. After installation, please register the purifier for annual maintenance with accurate contact details. Relocating the purifier to another room or address is treated as a new installation and additional charges apply.

The purifier includes up to eight service visits over three years, typically every eight months. The first visit should be scheduled within 7–8 months of the registration date. Delaying service may reduce performance and filtration capability. YORK engineers are trained to assess the system and determine cartridge replacement based on water quality and performance; the engineer's assessment is final. If the purifier has been relocated without proper reinstallation, warranty may be void until correctly reinstalled, and reinstallation charges apply before servicing.

Uses food-grade materials and is designed for household drinking water. Always use a cold-water connection. Do not consume water until initial flushing is completed. Every effort ensures purified water is safer and of better quality than untreated tap water; however, no guarantee is provided regarding exact TDS, PPM or pH levels, as results depend on local water conditions and incoming supply. Performance figures are based on controlled laboratory testing — actual household results may vary. YORK does not claim specific medical or health benefits; the purifier is for water filtration only and is not a medical device. No refunds, claims or compensation are accepted after purchase and use, except where required under applicable consumer-protection law. Intended for household and small-office use; large-scale commercial use voids the warranty.

Self-installation: 12 months (manufacturing defects only). Professional installation by YORK: up to 36 months (Smart) / up to 24 months (Alkaline). Warranty applies when installed and maintained by YORK-approved technicians. Filters are consumables and excluded from warranty.
